TEACHING MATERIAL
The teaching material includes a collection of 137 dermatological casts, the vast majority of which were made by the doctor Adolphe De Leeuw before 1937 (when the museum of casts opened).
Alongside these wax casts are a number of anatomical drawings signed by practitioners such as Dr Marc Roussiel, a surgeon at the Hôpital Saint-Jean and then the Hôpital Brugmann in the early 20th century.
Finally, the collection includes photographs of medical procedures, X-rays and numerous glass plates.
